SALIENT FEATURES

-No revenue for the period due to the impact of the loss of control of Afric Oil Proprietary Limited and the disposal of the Lagia operations in April 2021 and September 2021, respectively (August 2021: R38.0 million).
-Headline earnings per share increased by 1.03 cents per share to headline earnings of 0.71 cents per share (2021: headline loss of 0.32 cents per share).
-Earnings per share decreased by 13.80 cents per share to earnings of 0.71 cents per share (2021: 14.51 cents per share).
-No dividend declaration for the six months ended 31 August 2022 (August 2021: nil).
