Shareholders are referred to the Company’s previous cautionary announcements, the last of which was published on 14 August 2026, in which shareholders were advised that the Board had resolved to defer the court process relating to the Company’s application for a provisional liquidation order, while the Company progressed engagements regarding a potential transaction.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the deferral of the court process relating to the application for a provisional liquidation order remains in place, and engagements regarding the potential transaction are ongoing.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
