FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF THE FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2025

Efora shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 30 June 2025 issued by the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service wherein the Company advised that it expected to publish its
financial results for the year ended 28 February 2025 (“EEL 2025 AFS”) by 31 July 2025. Efora hereby notifies shareholders that due to a delay in the finalisation of certain audit processes, the Company will not be able to release the results announcement dealing with the EEL 2025 AFS by 31 July 2025 as previously anticipated.

This delay will also impact the publication of the Company’s annual report for the year ended 28 February 2025 (“Annual Report”).

The Company is prioritising the completion of the outstanding audit processes and will provide shareholders with further updates in due course.
